In the March 19, 2021 Issue of the Washington Business Journal, IT Concepts Inc. was named as an awardee of two diversity lists.
IT Concepts is proud to announce we have ranked #9 on the Corporate Diversity Index – Midsize Companies list, as well as #24 on the Companies Owned by People of Color list.

These lists were decided upon and ranked by percentage of total employees that are people of color. This is a testament to IT Concepts’ commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We strive to promote equality across all aspects of business, and are proud of our initiatives doing so.

IT Concepts Vice President of Human Resources, Tom Swerdzewski, says,

We understand that we are able to grow, learn, and support our clients better with a diverse team of talented individuals. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self expression, and talents that our employees invest in their work supporting our clients truly represents not only our culture, but our reputation.”

Thank you Washington Business Journal for the recognition, we are proud to be recognized in these lists and excited to continue our work towards equality for all.
