VIENNA, VA – For the second year in a row, The Washington Business Journal has announced IT Concepts, Inc. as a Best Place to Work in Greater Washington. The list honors the area’s leading employers that go above and beyond to foster a constructive and positive business environment for their employees. Employees of small, medium, and large companies were surveyed, evaluated, and scored by Quantum queries on a range of categories from team effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, and alignment with company goals.

The rankings for Best Place to Work 2016 were announced on June 9th at a reception hosted by the Washington Business Journal at Arena Stage, in Washington D.C., Analyst Erica Buerger attended the event to accept the award on behalf of the company and hear the rankings announced live. This year, IT Concepts ranked #15 in the category of medium sized companies (25-49 employees), one place higher than the previous ranking in 2015.

Results from the survey indicated that the 91.43% of ITC employees are considered Engaged (Highly Favorable, Advocate, Intend to Stay, and High Discretionary Effort). Employee responses highlighted the flexible nature of the company, the focus on work life balance and the skill and talent that is commonplace among ITC employees.
